I think that it'd be fun to have a druid healing class in the game and Druid of the Talon has a good unit model for it, but it would probably have to have its name changed (e.g. Druid of Life). It'd be a class with a focus on healing over time. I tried to choose numbers for the spells in such a way that the healing output would be similar to shadow priest.
Spells:
Renew
Costs (10/15/20/25/30) mana to heal a target for (24/39/54/69/84) damage over 3 seconds. No cooldown (just a GCD like priest's current heal), but target can only have one renew on them at a time.
Forest's Protection
Costs (50/50/50/50/50) mana to give an ally (20%/30%/40%/50%/60%) damage reduction for 6 seconds. 30 second cooldown.
Innervate
Costs (50/50/50/50/50) mana to restore (60/70/80/90/100) mana to an ally over 10 seconds. 30 second cooldown.
Become Immense
Costs (100/100/100) mana to become a treant for 20 seconds. During this period, you have (30%/50%/70%) increased spell power.
Nature's Blessing
(Toggleable, 5 sec cooldown between toggles): Drains (4/5/6) mana per second to heal (5/7/10 hp/sec) to all allies near you.
Suggestion to rework Druid of the Talon into a healing class

Pretty unlikely to rework the DotT this much.
Perhaps another Night Elven hero instead? Not sure what models are good though.
This actually looks a little bit similar to DotC druid form (not a criticism, just stating it):

- Renew: healing over time - shorter version of Juve
- Forest's Protection: damage reduction - percentage rather than flat version of Barkskin without damage return
- Innervate: mana over time - could be compared to Primal Surge, although it's single target and doesn't require the target to do
- Become Immense: shapeshifting - Bear Form (not really functionally similar at all though :p)

As far as models go, the only candidates I can think of are Keeper of the Grove or maybe Satyr Hellcaller that transforms into a Poison Treant during Become Immense.
