008 Pre-Alpha Release Notes
v1 - 23 August 2014
- Druid of the Claw has been remade!
- Hydra's have working skills (no drops yet though)
- Backpacks can no longer pickup other players loaded items
- Units killed by Grimreaver now give exp
- Player owned summoned units will no longer ignore stuns/Cyclone
- Dying while knocked up from Water Spout can no longer perma-disable you
- In-Combat time increased to 10s
- Breaker's Bane now loses the bonus strength when dropped
- The Green Skeleton Champ now properly drops Grimreaver by itself
- Spineweave is now Leather only
- You can only wear 2 Rings max
- Agony's mana costs have been reduced
- Buffed Healing Wave
- Reduced The Breath of Life's damage immunity to 5 seconds
- Buffed Might of the Tauren
- Reduced Pulverize's mana cost
- Reduced The Constricted's Health Per Second
- Significantly increased Rake Armor's damage
- Fury of the Winds now slows for more and also slows Attack Speed
- Reduced Lightning Shield's cooldown
- Vault no longer gets rain in it
- Vault ghost traps are scarier!
- Changed the team colour on some creeps
v2 - 04 October 2014
- Nerfed most Hydra stuff
- Lowered Envenomed Spear's damage
- Ensnare makes the target take increased damage
- Flare now has an area targeting image and fixed size
- Enraged Stalker's Bash is stronger

- The game should no longer crash during the loading screen
- Increased the max mana on a lot of bosses
- Vault ghosts now explode when Spell Shielded
- Ancient Hydra's Poison Nova is now properly blocked by Spell Shield
- Naga Ensnare also increases damage the target takes and lasts 1 second longer
- Moved DoomStorm's camp (and Revival Stone) closer to the shore

v6 - 15 June 2015
- All backpack items are now saved. Previous codes can still be loaded as well
- Auras can now be lost if you stop meeting their conditions (other than range)
- Frostbite has an effect to show that it is on and will no longer be applied while you have Frozen Air
- Hydromancer now casts Ice Block on himself, rather than vanishing, when his pet is summoned
- Reduced Ancient Hydra's damage and changed her attack type to Magic
- Reduced the damage of Ancient Hydra's Poison Nova and Endless Lightning
- Reduced the damage and stun on Ancient Hydra's Spit Up
- Skull of the Soulless no longer triggers off of projectiles
- Ravens and Fury of the Winds will no longer die instantly with Skull of the Soulless
- Items now load in the slot they were saved in
- Reduced Hydromancer's cast times
- Storm Crow Form is now considered melee and has Melee attack type
- Ravens can no longer be targets for Vault Chest Ghosts
- Boss Regeneration will now restore their total health and mana over the duration, not just their missing health and mana
- Dead Eye actually ignores armor
- Reduced The Travelers Steppes movement speed maximum and gain
- Fixed Seaweed and Raw Fish's tooltips
- Herbs now have coloured names
v7 - 12 February 2017
- Added 15 new Items to Vault Chests
- Slurp now always unlocks a Chest when you complete the Deeplord's Vault quest
- Reworked the terrain height inside the Vault so health bars should be visible in most places
- Killing the Deeplord Revenant now clears all remaining traps rather than creating more
- Most creep casting AI should no longer trigger off of damage over time
- Saving a Hero now correctly reduces Scaling
- Added Fear traps to the Vault
- Cold Arrows and Flaming Arrows no longer cost mana when added to an ability
- Changed The Unburdened to give flat mana rather than regeneration
- Changed Firelight Shawl to deal aoe damage whenever you cast a spell
- Hydromancer's Makrura should now properly join him
- Damage from removed units will still be dealt
- Slow Poison can now kill targets
- Slow Poison no longer effects structures
- You can no longer Life Steal from Structures
- Structures can no longer be stunned or silenced
- Most abilities should no longer effect structures
- Fixed an issue with Abolish Magic not checking if the target is valid until the ability is cast, rather than when targeting as well
- NPC movement should no longer be interuptable
- Deeplord Revenant will no longer cast Fear while Bashed
- Fixed an issue with Chests that have a spirit heading towards them when the Revenant dies not becoming vulnerable
- The Second Wind will no longer trigger while channeling
- Fiery Thorn Potion now saves correctly
- Removed gold drops/text spam from vault chests

- Fixed an issue with shopkeepers not being able to sell items
- Fixed an issue with Darkspear Hunting Axe loading/dropping as Damp Stick

- Fixed save/load codes using Reforged bnet account names
- Fixed all transform abilities (Reforged). However this causes another bug with lots of ability icons messing up
- Will try to eventually resolve both but I figured icons are only cosmetic
- Fixed issues with stacking buffs (patch 1.30) becoming permanent
- Fixed teamcolour issues (patch 1.30)
- Fixed invisibility stopping status effects (patch 1.30)
- Added some initial (11) Hydra drops. There will be more coming
- Sentinel abilities have been reworked
- Shadow Meld works during the day as well
- Increased Heal to 12/19/26/33/40
- Replaced Shadow Priest's Healing Wave with Heal
- Reduced the cooldown on Light of Quel'Thalas to 22 seconds
- Fixed the move speed slow on Shadow Strike
- Drastically increased Control Magic's duration
- Added a visual effect to Bash
- Anti-magic Potion is no longer dispellable
- Serpent Ward (from Ghost Ward) now deals Magic damage

- Temporary transform ability fix (v9) has been properly fixed by Blizzard so default ability icons and effects display correctly
- Intelligence now gives 0.02 mana regen
- More save/load code Reforged bnet account name fixes
- Fixed a bug with Second Wind using the incorrect spell level
- Reduced Polymorph duration
- Reduced Abyssal Rune buff duration increase
- Minimap is working again

- Heal increased to 15/25/35/45/55
- Shadow Priest has Healing Wave again
- Increased Healing Wave to 55/85/115/145/175 but it only has 1 bounce maximum
- Rejuvenation increased to 300/475/650/825/1000 over 45 seconds
- Berserk damage increase doesn't increase with skill level
- Increased Polymorph's duration but it now breaks if the target takes 10% of their maximum health
- Lowered Corpse Explosion's cooldown and increased mana cost
- Hydra Hatchlings now have Noxious Breath (reduced healing)
- Hydras now have Noxious Blast (reduced healing)
- Ancient Hydra's Chain Lightning has been replaced by Lightning Breath
- Ancient Hydra's Devour/Spit Up deal less damage but have lower cooldowns
- More than one lightning can be visable at a time
- Hydra poison targeting should be more random
- 8 more Hydra drops
- Posion items no longer effect mechanical units
- Items with a passive cooldown no longer reset your queued orders
- Quality of life improvements to items with variable bonuses
- Fixed an exploit with Second Wind
- Free Will was giving too much armor when complete

- The Light's Blessing displays it's cooldown
- Healing Wave actually casts
- Reduced the base damage on Hydra and Elder Hydra's Chain Lighning
- Increased the base damage and duration of Hydra's Noxious Blast but reduced the healing reduction
- Replaced Elder Hydra's Corrosive Breath with an improved Noxious Breath (reduced healing)
- Reduced the initial damage and duration of Ancient Hydra's Poision Nova but it now applies Noxious Breath (reduced healing)
- Increased the damage of Ancient Hydra's Lightning Breath
- Reduced the damage, duration and cooldown of Ancient Hydra's Devour but increased the heal

- Fixed a bug where Hydra's Noxious Blast was doing WAY too much damage

- Earthquake now targets an AoE and does 22/34/46/58/70 dps over 6 seconds with a 20 second cooldown
- Earthquake changed to reduce attack rate by 20/35/50/65/80% and move speed by 25/35/45/55/65%
- Shaman's Storm, Earth and Fire replaced with Lava Burst
- Purge mana cost reduced to 25/30/35/40/45
- Increased Polymorph's break after max health to 20%
- Ensnare bonus damage increased to 11/17/23/29/35% but only from the caster
- Ensnare cooldown reduced to 13 seconds and duration to 7 seconds (all levels)
- Fixed an issue with Explosive Rounds dealing no damage around max range
- Necro will stop auto-casting Raise Dead when at max skeletons
- Reduced the agility of Toxic Tips to 5
- Reduced the damage of The Hydra's Bite to 5
- Reduced Venomous Fang to 5 damage and 2 agility
- Corrected Grim Scythe's damage
- Added scaling to the UI

- Creeps should be better at engaging from long range
- Fragmentation Shot renamed to Scatter Shot and now targets an area (cast range increased by Marksmanship)
- Scatter Shot damage increased to 60/95/130/165/200
- Scatter Shot cooldown reduced to 10 seconds
- Marksmanship now deals bonus damage to targets over 450 range away
- Marksmanship strength bonus/attack speed decrease removed and movement speed reduction increased to 60%
- Marksmanships range incrase scales with buff power
- Flare now only increases the damage of the next attack (55/85/115/145/175%)
- Flare duration reduced to 6 and cooldown to 11 seconds
- Rifleman's Trained Eye replaced with The Big One
- Explosive Rounds mana cost reduced to 5/6/7/8/9
- Shadow Meld attack rate increase reduced to 10/15/20/25/30%
- Earthquake total damage reduced to 85/130/175/220/265
- Jostle knockback speed and distance increased
- Fixed typos on Earthquake and Lightning Shield tooltips

- Ancient Hydra Devour damage increased but healing percentage reduced and healing changed to be based on damage done
- Fixed a but with Ancient Hydra Devours damage not taking armor or armor type into account
- Primal Surge (Druid) changed to just restore 25/40/55/70/85 mana to allies (not self) in a targeted area
- Marksmanship cast time removed but cooldown (when exiting) increased to 10 seconds
- Marksmanship should have accurate range for your current order while casting
- Arcane Immolation mana cost lowered to 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 per second
- Polymorph duration increased to 7/11/15/19/23 seconds and break percentage reduced to 15%
- The Light's Blessing shield changed to 70/80/90/100/110
- Flare damage reduced to 45/70/95/120/145%, buff duration reduced to 5 seconds, vision duration increased to 13 seconds but now you and all allies can trigger it on their first attack
- Cloak of Elune cooldown increased to 12 seconds
- Shadow Dash cooldown increased to 6 seconds
- Rake Armor cooldown increased to 15 seconds
- Corrected Mana Flare and Calm Mind buff icons
- Corrected The Big One's tooltip to say Pysical
- Stormreavers gain a buff when their hutts are burnt
- 6 new items from Stormreavers, Skelletons, Hydromancer and Stalker
- Eye of the Abyss mana increased to 80
- Windform Claws damage increased to 39
- Flamewight Glaive damage increase to 32
- The Second Wind reduced to 30% of the mana cost over 5 seconds
- Venomous Fang damage reduced to 2

- Holy Nova changed to 55/90/125/160/195 damage and heal, 9 second cooldown and 55/75/95/115/135 mana cost
- Brittle Chill now only increases damage by 7/11/15/19/23% and slows the target
- Harvest Bloom buff effect increase reduced to 10/15/20/25/30% and mana cost to 20/30/40/50/60
- Renew missing health heal reduced to 8/11/14/17/20%
- Tranqulity changed to 15/25/35/45/55 heal per second, 30 second cooldown and 60/80/100/120/140 mana cost
- Wildfire now only increases allies movement speed by a flat 25/40/55/70/85 (no attack speed increase)
