007 Pre-Alpha Release Notes
Release notes were not captured before v35
v35 - 16 April 2013
- Potentially fixed all PreventDamage bugs (!!!)
- Enraged Stalker has 2 new abilities to make him A LOT harder
- Rake Armor (and others) should have the correct -armor now
- Cloak of Elune (and others) now consider armor and armor type
- Polymorph (and others) now keep units in-combat for their duration
- Light of Quel'Thalas and Healing Ward nerfed, Disenchant buffed
- Cloak of Elune and Moonblade had their acquire types corrected
- Banish now has the correct damage/healing increase
- Added hit point regeneration to Spirit Link
- All potions now share one cooldown!
- Magic Damage Reduction now uses the source's attack type rather than the target's (was bugged)
- Spell Steal can no longer give buffs to wards (was bugged)
- Wards wont be silenced/Disabled by Haunt/Water Spout anymore
- Removed various no longer needed debug messages
- Units stolen by Control Magic can now cast their abilities properly
- Bisect changed (hoping it's a late game nerf with a buff early game)
v36 - 16 April 2013
- Enraged Stalker's throw had a visual bug corrected
- Enraged Stalker's rage has been made stronger
- Paralysis' duration is now 6 seconds at all levels
- Spirit Link's life regen has been corrected
- Added an additional reward to the Turtle quest
- Healing Wave now prioritizes units that are missing the most health
- Hydromancer has better AI when reset
- Creep scaling system is in - not sure on numbers, let's test it out!
v37 - 18 April 2013
- Removed a debug message from Healing Wave
- Decreased the damage of Monsoon, Tsunami and Frostbite
- Reduced the creep scaling damage increase from 2% to 1% per level
v38 - 28 June 2013
- Total hero level before creep scaling starts increased to 30
- All buffs from ultimate (or physical) skills are no-longer dispelable
- Shadow Meld now gives attack speed when you break invisibility
- Nest Robbing now gives it's gold reward and pauses the talker
- Hero's can have more than one proper name
- Turtles now despawn properly
v39 - 11 August 2013
- Spell Steal can now give the buff to someone other than the caster
- Creep's Frost Armor slows melee attackers again
- Fixed a potential bug with Spirit Link
- Fixed various creep spells that couldn't be Spell Shielded
- Fixed Disenchant
- Turtle retreat range increased
- Increased the range on Stalker's Call For Help
- Polymorph, Cyclone, etc now correctly keep units in combat
- Found a way to have debug messages only when I need them!
v40 - 06 September 2013
- Fixed a bug in PreventDamage
- Increased the number of Mur'gul and Jungle Stalkers
- Mur'gul Snarecaster's can cast Abolish Magic again! Beware!
- Hail of Arrows can no longer team kill
- Increased Voidwalker's tankyness
- Any player units can now set off traps (Turtles, Makrura, Vault)
- Bisect replaced with Pulverize
- Increased War Stomp's stun duration to 1.5/2.5/3.5/4.5/5.5
- Paralysis' slow is now 45/55/65/75/85%
- Fixed Jostle's cast animation
- Animate Dead and Parasite now turn the units into Creeps
- Parasite (when Spell Stolen) now gives control of the summon
v41 - 29 September 2013
- Fixed Spirit Link only damaging one unit
- Creep spawn positions are now proportionate to the size of each of the rects in their Zone
- Remade the CreepZones to better cover the terrain
- Increased the number of Starter Crabs, Crabs and Makrura
- Animate Dead units no longer leak
v42 - 17 January 2014
- New command -scale to see the current monster scaling
- Player owned units are cleaned up upon death again
- Deeplord Revenant now has Pulverize and Frozen Air is stronger
- Enraged Jungle Stalker no longer uses mana
- Enraged Jungle Stalker's Rage is now lost when he resets
- Spirit Link can no longer team kill
- Fixed a bug with evasion and non-integer attack speed increases
- Control Magic no longer breaks Twilight Skeletons
- Fixed Spell Steal not getting the correct bonuses from certain buffs
- You can now hand in quest items from your Backpack
- Quest rewards and Potion Brewing can now spawn in your Backpack
- Herbs now spawn/respawn in the correct Zones
- Improved Deeplord Revenant's Consume Magic AI
- Flame Strike based spells (Hell Fire) can now be Spell Shielded
- Storm Crow Form should now never grey out if you die while morphing
- Bear's Feral Spirit now properly only triggers off of attacks
- Tracking can no longer trigger on attacks before it wast cast
- Line projectiles targeting your feet will now go in the correct direction
v43 - 04 April 2014
- Demonic Presence is now removed as soon as your Demon dies
- Raven's no longer become invisible when they attack Frost Armor
- Overhauled and improved control over summoned units
- Roar is now physical
- Hydromancer has re-allied with the Mur'gul
- Ancient Revenant Mail's shield now actually blocks damage
- Spirit Link can no longer team kill (hopefully!)
- Pulverize no longer counts the bonus damage twice for splashing
- Fixed a bug where dying in Bear/Wolf/Crow Form could give extra mana regen
- Death time lowered to 30 seconds
- Rip and Energy Burst swapped around
- On The Hunt (Tracking) no longer only lasts for one attack
- Hydras that spawn on Death will now retreat
- Fixed a bug with Mur'gul Tidewarriors and Animate Dead
- Fixed a rare buff double free with Mind Wrack
- Fixed a rare bug where creeps could spawn in the wrong CreepZones
- Resurrection Stones are untargetable again
